I know I’ve been here before but…

We all need to be kind to ourselves from time to time. Given that my favourite pampering activity is geocaching, I thought I’d spend a bit of time on a deep dive into Project-GC to see if I could remind myself just how amazing I really was! I’ve always had this theory that everyone is good at something, and many of us are the world’s best at something really obscure. Here’s what I found out about myself.

  • The East Midlands’ leading finder of caches in Zambia (8)
  • The East Midlands’ leading finder of caches in Malawi (2)
  • The East Midlands’ leading finder of caches in China (17)
  • The East Midlands’ leading finder of caches in Botswana (3)
  • The East Midlands’ leading finder of caches in Macau (14)
  • The East Midlands’ leading finder of caches in Zimbabwe (8)
  • The East Midlands’ leading hider of caches in China (3)
  • The East Midlands’ leading CITO host (12)
  • The East Midlands’ leading host of Events in London (9)
  • The UK’s leading host of Events in Hong Kong (2)
  • The UK’s leading (equal 1st) finder of Virtuals in China (5)
  • The UK’s leading attendee of CITO events in China (2)

And my favourite stat of all…

I’m the UK’s leading (equal first) finder of Virtuals in Macau! (1) (There’s only two virtuals in Macau and one of them has appeared since I was there!)

There’s a stat for everyone. What’s yours?

The only virtual in Macau (at the time)
